I started this blog a couple months ago with the idea that this last semester of law school would be easy and I would have plenty of time to keep this thing updated. As you can see from my lack of posts, I was dead wrong.
The past couple of months have been pretty crazy. Not with class work but with the responsibilities that come from my participation on Moot Court Executive Board. We are the student run organization that governs the oral advocacy programs, both trial and appellate, here at the school. We put on competitions at the law school and also coach several teams that travel around the country competing against other schools. Its a lot of work, but so far its been a good experience.

Livin the Dream
This past month I had the chance to get home to St. George for a few weeks. It felt amazing to finally be able to relax and unwind from the hectic and stressful life that is law school. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and looking back at the time I spent with family and friends these are my memories:
- Late night Olympic watching with the fam (China, 16 yrs old my @#$)
- Lunch with the fellas
- Witnessing JDW fall hard for a young lady (didn’t see that one coming . . . good luck bro)
- The green Durango
- Golfing with Paul (four chip-ins in one round . . . are you kidding me)
- Hanging with Megan, Maile and Zoe
- Scrubbing baseboards (its all about the magic eraser, but cut em in half, they work better that way. . . haha)
- Pine Valley, wiffle ball and the broken fence
- Seeing McKay, Sydney and Hailey
It's easy to see from these memories that thanks to my family and friends I truly am . . . . LIVIN THE DREAM!

You've been in school....how long?
Law School Tuition: $26,350/per year
Books: $600/per year
Total Living Expenses: $10,000/per year
Actually, having someone stop the final exam because they didn't know how to bubble in a scantron sheet: PRICELESS!

New Kid On The Block
Finally, the heavens have opened and the law school gods have smiled down on me with a lighter load of work this summer. As a result, I have decided to start blogging so that I can document my life and run my mouth on everything from law to politics.
I am currently down to my final six months of purgatory (aka law school) at Ohio Northern University in the metropolis of Ada, Ohio. I dare you to try and find this town on a map, I’ll give you a hint: use a magnify glass. Jumping through the hoops that are law school has been a challenging and life changing experience. I’m not sure that I would recommend it to everyone, so if you’re reading this and thinking about taking this road let me know and I’ll try and talk some sense into you. But I can’t complain, life is good and the real journey is about to begin.
Stay Tuned!
